By submitting any information, tutorials, or files to Airwalking Studios, you agree to all of the terms stated here, subject to change.

I. Any material submitted to this site by users must agree that it is not an unlawfully, wrongfully, or improperly use any trademark, trade name, service mark, or copyright owned or claimed by another.

II. Furthermore, the user guarantees that they hold all responsibility for the material they submit, and that no lawsuit, investigation, or preceeding should be imposed on Airwalking Studios as a result of their actions. The user shall be liable for any information material they submit. In short, the user is soley responsible for their own actions.

III. We will take down any copyrighted material immediately. We do not filter any material, so we must be told of this. We respect other's intellectual property.

IV. The user agrees all information submitted is correct. No lawsuit, investigation, or preceeding should come on to Airwalking Studios because of this.

V. By submitting information or material, you grant Airwalking Studios the unexlusive use of material or information submitted to Airwalking Studios for posting on the webpage and for advertising. Airwalking Studios will not take claim to your work and will give you complete credit.

VI. The user shall be allowed to share as much or as little information they wish with Airwalking Studios, as long as they meet the mininum requirement for completing forms or other requirements on Airwalking Studios. Private information will be kept private. Public information (such as user profiles or forum posts) will remain public.
